Beginners Welcome

Fittness environments don’t inspire everyone and that’s okay! In your personal session I will bring the studio/gym to you! Whether you’re interested in Yoga, Meditation or personal training feeling supported, comfortable and free is a big part of my training style.

If you are healing from an injury and simply want to get moving again, or have a wellness goal in mind, I will create a plan to get you there. One that is tailored to your interests to meet you where you are.

The practice of Yoga and Meditation is a journey not a destination. I think the same applies to fitness, each session will help you arrive at your goal while building a routine that is lasting part of your life style.
